Shipping & Return of Goods
SHIPPING AND RETURN OF GOODS POLICY
BOOKS AND OTHER ITEMS SENT BY POST OR COURIER SERVICES:
SHIPPING OF GOODS:
1) Books in hard copies and other items sent by post and courier services are subjected to shipping and handling fees;
2) All shipping and handling fees are subjected to the total weight of the order and shall be added upon and quoted together with the items in the shopping cart;
3) Shipping and handling fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable;
4) Shipping of goods according to the order received shall be sent out within 3 working days upon confirmation of the order and receipt of payment. The goods are expected to arrive between 7 to 10 working days from the date of confirmation of order and payment;
5) Orders
are processed on a daily basis during working days from Mondays to Fridays. The

6) All shipment shall be either by EMS FastPost or via Fed-Ex courier service;
7) We shall process the order after receipt of notification of payment from the payment gateway and we shall also keep our customers notified if the ordered item is out of stock and if the order is placed in que. Once the stock is available and all the back order is processed, the customer shall receive an email notification from us;
8) When payment is made via the payment gateway, confirmation of the order shall be sent to the email address provided;
9) When a customer’s order is processed and shipped, a Shipping Tracking Number shall be emailed to the customer. The customer may then track the shipment through the website of the courier service that we engaged. Any delay of shipment of goods or unavailability of items ordered will be notified through email;
10) We shall provide adequate packaging to protect the goods delivered, and shall engage a reliable courier service. Take notice that we shall not be held liable for any damages or losses of the goods delivered while in transit;
11) We do not insure against losses or damages of the goods delivered while in transit and all risk and liabilities and damages or losses are transferred to the courier service upon dispatch of the goods to the forwarding address provided. If there is any dispute which arises out of the losses or damages which occurs during transit, the liability shall be borne entirely by the courier service and Forte Resources shall not be held liable for any action commenced or any liabilities that arises from this dispute;
E-BOOKS:
12) All delivery of purchases of eBooks are either via direct email to the email address as provided by the customer, or downloaded by the customer from a site source provided by us. The customer will be given a username and password and also instructions to follow for a successful download;
13) In situations where there are technical glitches when downloading the eBooks whereby the fault does not arise from our side, we shall not be held liable for any replacement;
14) If the technical glitches occurred and arises from our site during downloading, and as a result, the customer is unable to download the eBook, then we shall replace another copy without charge.
RETURN OF GOODS:
15) Customers are required to provide the correct and complete forwarding address. Forte Resources shall not be held liable in situations whereby incorrect and/or incomplete forwarding address has been provided and as a result, the parcel delivered is lost during transit. There shall be no refund in such a case;
16) In the case of a returned parcel due to the negligence of the customer to provide the correct and complete forwarding address, the customer shall be liable to pay for the re-sending charges and handling fees;
17) We only accept return of goods subject to the following conditions:-
· We had packed and delivered incorrect goods or that the goods are defective;
·The incorrect or defective goods must be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt of the shipment;
·The goods are returned to us in their original condition.
We shall give a full refund inclusive of shipping cost if the above conditions are met. Alternatively, the customer can opt for a re-shipment of the correct items. The cost of re-shipment to the customer shall be borne by us if the above conditions are met;
