FengShui Consultation
My FengShui Consultation service shall be opened to the public from March 07 2009 onwards.
Clients are advised to send me an email to make an appointment. My availability is subject to my workload.
My consultation service shall include a professional fee plus reimbursement of all travelling expenses (inclusive of travel fares, food and accomodation), outside of the state of Penang, Malaysia.
The professional fee is flexible. It depends on the complexity of the job.
Generally, in Malaysia, one can expect to be charged anything from RM1.00 per square foot to RM5 per square foot of floor space, inclusive of open areas within the compound, in the case of a landed property.
For overseas consultation, the charges shall be from between USD1.00 to USD5.00 per square foot of floor space, inclusive of open areas within the compound, in the case of a landed property.
This professional fee is negotiable subject to conditions. The 3 conditions for reduction of professional fee is:
a) Client has contracted terminal illness;
b) Client has family members who had contracted terminal illness;
c) Client has continuous streak of bad luck that had depleted his financial resources;
(in this case, client must be honest and not lie about his financial condition)
For overseas clients and clients outside of the state of Penang, professional fees can be negotiated, but travelling expenses must be paid in full.
For all consultations outside of Malaysia, if I accept the job, clients are required to remit half the professional fee plus the full travel fare in advance.
