11. Third-Party Merchant Policies. All rules, policies (including privacy policies) and operating procedures of Merchants will be applicable to you while on such sites. You represent and warrant that (i) any credit card information that you supply is true, correct and complete and that any (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted price, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.

16. Return Policy. Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we Forte Resources have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product unless the conditions as stated in our shipping and return of goods policy are met.

21. Verification of particulars and address:  Forte Resources reserves the  right to contact via email to verify the accuracy of account information (including the purchaser's correct name and address).
    
22. Electronic communications. When you visit www.kanyu-world.net  or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us via electronically and you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You are agreeable that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we communicate to you via electronic  communications satisfies any legal requirement that such communications must be in writing.
